I work downtown and was craving something unique, so I decided to try the 'Banh Mi' Burrito Bowl. It was fantastic! The bottom layer consisted of delicious rice and beans, topped with a generous amount of pickled carrots, cilantro, and green onions, finished off with perfectly fried shrimp. It was amazing! I’m definitely a fan and can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend it! I also appreciate that they offer vegetarian options!

I absolutely love this place! If you're in search of unconventional burritos, like Banh Mi or Korean BBQ flavors, this is the spot for you! They even offer an Am Pm burrito, which has a breakfast twist. You can choose from steak, chicken, shrimp, or fried chicken as your filling, along with rice and vegetables for added flavor. I highly recommend the buffalo burrito with fried chicken, especially if you get it Soul Roll style, which means the entire thing is deep-fried. It's so delicious!

This was our first time trying Blue Ridge Burrito Co, and I must say it was absolutely fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and even delivered our order to us. The Korean BBQ was perfect—just the right amount of spice without being overwhelming. The flavors of everything complemented each other beautifully!
