Tried their Bruschetta al Pomodorro and Frutti di Mare and they were spot on. The seafood were obviously fresh and the tomato-based sauce was not overwhelming at all. Kudos to the chef! The ambience was just right, not intimidating at all. The staff were attentive and friendly. Would definitely come back if only to try the yummy looking Tiramisu!

The staff ar... read more Our experience at Raffaele is very memorable. Upon entering, you are treated like royalty. The manager will personally serve you if he isn 't busy. The staff are very well trained and very professional. The food? Out of this world! The pizza is crispy and they really live up to their wood fire pizza . I forgot the names of dishes we ordered but I have to tell you, no regrets with all of them! Very good tasting! The place has a perfect ambiance for dinner dates and you are very well taken care of. We just ordered bottled waters for our drinks and they even poured it in our glasses! I can 't say a negative thing about this place. It also comes with a great view of the walled city. The staffs from all over the hotel are very hospitable. Even the house officers!

I enjoyed their wood-fired pizza, Quattro and their pasta, frutti di mare. They served us a complimentary cake which I did not liked much as I was so full. Good job Raffaelle for bringing a slice of Italy here in Manila!
