I just love the taste and the sauce that goes with it. The freshness of the kutchay is seen by all who eats there as there is a small table situated near the entrance where they make the dumplings. On several instances that we ate there, there would always be the presence of a group of foreigners who had nothing but praises for their dumplings.

I searched for the best place to eat and Dong Bei was one of the highly recommended restaurant. Just a summary... I finished the whole thing in 5 minutes!
