What Janna Jacalne likes about Der's Covered Parking:
Authentic Ramen. I like tantanmen and tonkotsu ramen. I love the black fungus in tonkotsu ramen. The soup of tantanmen ramen is delicious it is mild spicy and creamy. Their ramen soup are all tasty and creamy. I haven't tried yet their gyoza and other foods. I don't know yet if it is good too like their ramen. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner View all feedback. FOOD... You Eat What you paid for... Taste is not exeptional. I feel like the food lacks of the broth flavor and umami taste. AMBIENCE Simple but spacious to accomodate a group. CUSTOMER SERVICE Thank You for the customer service experience you have provided. Though at first I thought the guy who answered the phone is snobbish and do not know how to guide their customers to the store. View all feedback.
