We took advantage of the gourmet passport to discover this Michelin-starred restaurant with a discovery menu. The staff is very accommodating to customers, making them feel comfortable and respecting their dietary needs. The dishes were beautifully presented and the flavors were excellent. I loved the seasonal dishes, which were perfect for my vegetarian diet. And the fennel was cooked to perfection! The wines offered were very good; my boyfriend discovered an excellent red wine, a real favorite. The white wine served with dessert was also delicious, with aromas of mirabelle plum.
