Для прикладу: в іншому суши барі Рівного я куштувала величезну порцію ВІДМІННОЇ Філадельфії (8 шматків, порція ледь доїла, на смак божественно за 120 грн!! Власник Мелроуза ти зажрався мабуть чи що? Понижуй ціни або підвищуй якість! П.с. Вже не перший раз йду від вас голодна і зла!!

Вперше на google.maps ставлю 1 зірку і це мені не приємно, але поділюся ситуацією, яка трапилась з нами. Замовили з чоловіком удон з куркою та удон з кальмаром. В меню склад повністю не вказано, принесли удон з грибами і додатки в одному курка в іншому кальмар. Так як чоловік грибів не їсть, попросили замінити без грибів в меню взагалі не було примітки що вони там мають бути!!! на що офіціант сказала, що в кінці меню пише що ми маємо попередити на які інгредієнти в нас може бути алергія. Абсурд в тому, про що ми маємо попереджувати, якщо не бачимо повністю склад страви. Довга була розмова, сказали що це наші проблеми що ми не розібрались в меню і замінювати і мінусувати страву вони відмовились, йшли на конфлікт та зіпсували настрій. Клієнтоорієнтованості 0. Сумно і не зрозуміло водночас

Працюю барменом три роки, але на кухні розуміюся, Замовила найдорожчий бургер тхнуло старою коровою за метр, теляче м 'ясо було жахливо приготовано, бургер був просто холодний, я просто розумію, що там більше немає де поїсти, але підіть краще в велмарт купіть булочки з кефіром Бо травитись там і платити шалені гроші бо там націнка вклика не бажаю нікому на жаль в Рівному немає в торговому центрі де і поїсти свіже!!!!! Всім дякую хто прочитав, бо адміністрація закладу просто говорить, що все свіже, але не увсіх людей витримує шлунок пісдя такого....
