I had a fantastic experience at Tiki Docks. The food was incredibly fresh, providing a delightful dining experience. The atmosphere was inviting, adding to the overall enjoyable ambiance. The service was excellent, and I can't wait to come back again soon.

We arrived at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon and waited 30 minutes just to get three glasses of water, despite being seated near the bar. Our attempts to get the attention of the wait staff were futile, so I ended up having to get up and pour my own water. When I mentioned to an employee that the fries were cold, all they said was "oh I'm sorry" without offering a solution. The total bill for three people was $61 and none of us were happy with the meal. While the atmosphere and views were pleasant, they were not worth the high price. There are much better dining options in the area.

The fish and chips that I ordered had a thick and hard breading that I had to struggle to break open with my fork. The French fries were cold, which was surprising considering the fish was fried to a crisp. The service was terrible, as it took forever to even get water, let alone a refill. Despite the cool location, building, and decor of the restaurant, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. My daughter had to get up and refill our sodas herself as our server was nowhere to be found. A picture is worth a thousand words...

Besides the kids at the... read more We were out boating on Veterans Day two dogs, two kids and three of us serving. The waiter made sure to include the dogs in everything . Besides the kids at the table next to us we had a great time. Thank you for including the dogs when you waited on us. As crazy as my dog can be at times, she was very calm and relaxed with the atmosphere. The kids next to us stepped on her tail which made her yelp. My only request is next time you seat a family with kids, they’re not near dogs. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The food was awesome, but the service was even better, and those things really came together for a great experience. Our server, Kaylee M. came to meet us with a big smile and a bubbly personality and made sure our every need was seen to before we even had to ask. AND the grouper was cooked perfectly! My wife and I used to work in the service industry ourselves and were very impressed.
