But yet I got charged 1.50 for c... read more Well I had a coupon for two foot longs for 11.99 well the guy said it wouldn't work because it just don't make sense to use it. But yet I got charged 1.50 for cheese on each sandwich on that New meatball marinara so no discount but i ended up paying more. They need to hire a better crew that actually knows how to enter in a coupon instead of say it wont work. Get the hell out of here with that BS. I will never go back there again and yes there is alot of frost ice and veggies are not fresh bread was not fresh looking.and I did not see him wash his hands after ringing up the person in front of me. Place needs to be cleaned.

However,... read more I placed an order through the Subway app and requested my sandwich to be "Toasted" with sauces added before the vegetables, as indicated on my receipt. However, the employee missed these instructions. When I brought it to his attention upon pickup, he claimed he did not receive those notes. After showing him the receipt, he apologized and asked if he could remake the sandwich. I requested he remake my wife's sandwich instead, but he refused, stating that his manager would not allow it. This particular Subway location is conveniently close to me and I used to frequent it often, but I am now reconsidering returning.

I tried to order the Boss sandwich but requested a plain white roll instead of the herb roll, and they told me they would only make the switch if I paid extra. It's their policy. We decided to cancel our entire order and go somewhere else. We won't be coming back.

I ordered the Monster Philly sub and asked for it to be toasted, but the cheese didn't melt, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. On the plus side, the staff was friendly; one employee was quite attentive while the other seemed to be just going through the motions. Would I return? Yes, I would.
