Our online order was perfectly prepared and ready exactly when we needed it. The pick-up process is efficient and respectful of customers' time. The only suggestion we have is to include utensils with each order, as we received a salad without any. We will definitely keep coming back to this restaurant.

The staff was very friendly and had everything neatly packed in a bag, complete with utensils. It was so easy, and the service was exceptional. I will definitely use this service again and highly recommend ordering from this Panera!
