I ordered from the KFC app. They told me there that they never got my order in their system, i told them that Is already paid. They told me they would not give me my food. I told them multiple times is paid off… how I cant have my food? And they told me you need to call for a refund. They didnt help me at all with this situation. Ended up talking to customer service explaining everything over the phone on a lo g conversation so they can issue me a refund. They even took my desire to eat. I hate how they handled thus situation. I will never in my life come back to this place.
