But to my surprise, Red Rooster Rivervale was out o... read more After having a really rough day, I decided to treat my family to a chicken dinner instead of cooking myself. But to my surprise, Red Rooster Rivervale was out of chicken. Keep in mind, this is a place known for selling chicken, right? I asked to speak with a manager, and the girl who came out was unfriendly, lacking a smile or any semblance of customer service. There was no apology for running out of chicken. Honestly, where do they find these managers? I had a big order planned for a party, but now I'm going to cancel it.
