It does take a while to get food but that's because they are making it as you order. We never ate inside, always went through the drive through. We could... read more We ordered a shake in the drive through. We were the only car there. We waited at the window 13-15 minutes while more cars arrived piled up behind us. We could see 8-10 employees through the window having a good time chatting, rubbing each other’s shoulders, laughing, doing very little work. They never once looked out the drive-up window where we were waving trying to get their attention. We thought about leaving out of frustration, and eventually honked multiple times before anyone noticed us. Then they were completely clueless about what we had ordered! The manager finally came, retook our order after another wait gave us our shake with no apology. We left feeling irritated at the poor service do NOT plan to return to that location! We were going to give them a score of 1 but have to admit the shake was pretty good so we gave a generous rating of 2! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have tried 3x to go through the drive through.i have waited for over 10-15 before I end up pulling out and going somewhere else. I was there today to try it one more time and there was only 1 car at the drive through who was already at the window. I pulled up to wait. Again I sat there for about 15 min before I just left again. They are very slow and not worth the wait. Never recommend going to this location. Poor customer care and service!!! Service: 1
