They seated 5 families and decides to gives a few table scattered everywhere. I'm trying to have Thanksgiving Breakfast with my Family not by my self. Horrible service, the manager was so careless. I work in retail I know what is like to be short staff, I always try to give my customer an apology and try to accommodate their needs. This guy was a joke. be more organized and hired a manager who knows how to manage his staff.

This location is not good at all! today my boyfriend brought me here for my birthday breakfast and had me unwrap my present at the table, so i did that and i go... read more This location is not good at all! today my boyfriend brought me here for my birthday breakfast and had me unwrap my present at the table, so i did that and i got some confetti on the floor. the manager of this location brought out a broom and dust pan and told us to clean up our table because he needs to keep his facility clean. he wouldn’t let us leave until we swept the floor and got the little amount of confetti paper off the table. not a good experience and i do not plan on EVER going back to this location, now that i found a location closer to my home. horrible service and management .

We were told the wait would be 15-20 minutes, b... read more On a Saturday morning, we had a 30-minute wait at The Original Pancake House, so we decided to try IHOP instead. We were told the wait would be 15-20 minutes, but we were seated in just 15 minutes. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food, including my hot chocolate and French toast combo plate, was delicious. Despite the crowded Saturday rush, the staff did an excellent job of greeting, seating, serving, and clearing tables. I also witnessed a touching moment when a server warmly welcomed back an older couple who were regular customers. Kudos to the IHOP staff for their outstanding service!
