My dad had to borrow my steak knife because he could not cut his pancakes with a fork or table knife that the bottom was so thick and hard. He finally gave up and said forget these. We left and won't be coming back to this location.

My husband ordered food for our two young children, but when he went to pick it up, the kids needed to use the restroom. While inside, he overheard a female employee rudely stating that she would not be bringing the food outside. Despite receiving an email stating that the restaurant only offered curbside service, they left our food on a front table instead of providing pickup. After calling the restaurant multiple times with no answer, we found this unprofessional and would not recommend dining at this establishment.

We were told the wait would be 15-20 minutes, but we were seated in just 15 minutes. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food, including my hot chocolate and French toast combo plate, was delicious. Despite the crowded Saturday rush, the staff did an excellent job of greeting, seating, serving, and clearing tables. I also witnessed a touching moment when a server warmly welcomed back an older couple who were regular customers. Kudos to the IHOP staff for their outstanding service!

I'm glad we're here.
