After a... read more I'm a frequent customer at Friendly's and a member of the Sweet Rewards Club. I truly enjoy their food, but my experience last night was disappointing. After a rough day, I decided to mobile order a sundae. I chose to build my own, but to my dismay, none of my toppings were included. It looked so plain! If it weren't for my good sense of humor and solid mental health, I might have been really upset about it. All I wanted was a sundae, and I couldn’t even get that. It feels a bit fatphobic to me.

I would definitely come bac... read more I visited this restaurant on a Saturday and had a lovely waitress who helped me decide what to order. She was so sweet and charming! I would definitely come back just for her. However, the entire staff was friendly and polite, and my sandwich was made to perfection and tasted delicious.
