The register was empty, with no one paying for their meals, and our waitress, Samantha, was busy chatting with other staff members. After a 15-minute wait for a table, we waited an additional 10 minutes for Samantha to take our drink orders. When our drinks, appetizers, and entrees arrived all at once, the experience felt a bit overwhelming.

After a... read more I'm a frequent customer at Friendly's and a member of the Sweet Rewards Club. I truly enjoy their food, but my experience last night was disappointing. After a rough day, I decided to mobile order a sundae. I chose to build my own, but to my dismay, none of my toppings were included. It looked so plain! If it weren't for my good sense of humor and solid mental health, I might have been really upset about it. All I wanted was a sundae, and I couldn’t even get that. It feels a bit fatphobic to me.

I would definitely come back just for her. However, the entire staff was friendly and polite, and my sandwich was made to perfection and tasted delicious.

Our serve... read more The food here is excellent! My wife ordered the Cheese Skirt Burger and absolutely loved it. I tried the Jammed Up Burger and enjoyed it just as much. Our server was fantastic, and we both appreciated that Friendly's has chosen to maintain its traditional identity rather than modernize.
