Was Tyler Dier at Arby's a mag?
I've never posted a review before, but this restaurant truly deserves one! I went to Arby’s with my wife on Friday, and when we arrived, the drive-thru lane was really long. Once we went inside, I noticed there was only one person, Antwane, taking orders for both the drive-thru and the dining area. He was amazing! What Riley James dislikes about Arby's:
I have to say, I’m really disappointed with this location. Not once have they managed to get my order right. I consistently miss out on sauces, sandwiches, sides, and drinks. There was even a time when they didn’t return my card! Having worked at Arby's before, I know what the job requires, and I don’t think it’s that difficult. Sawyer is the single best employee I've encountered at a fast food restaurant before. Genuinely a fantastic worker, helpful, genuine and hard working. I've worked in fine dining restaurants and would have killed for an employee like him there. This is my first time eating at arby's in more than 6 years after repeated bad experiences, and tonight cleared the slate!
Ordered the BSB Roast Beef Meal but was given the BSB Turkey Meal instead. Store is over manned (at least 6 employees present) and it took almost 10 minutes to get my order with only one order ahead of me.
They were very kind! I tried to order online to get the deal they were having and for some reason the app was not allowing any transactions. I used 3 different cards. I went into the store and asked if they would possibly give me the same deal. They were more than happy to, didn’t even hesitate. The cashier made sure to check our orders on our phone to make sure the price was the same. One of the only places I have seen do that without any attitude.

Me and my mom and sister went inside and were greeted immediately, I didn't see the first persons name but he was very nice and patient and when we went back to the counter to order more for my sisters at home to-go and Sawyer (i think? thats what the name tag said) helped me and was amazing and so nice, the food was great and i was very pleased with rhe service here as last time i came we had to wait for a while and it was a little old, very good!!
