The food is always great and quickly made (I typically order through the app and then pick up at the drive-thru). The woman at the window is exceptional, she noticed that I was really hungry (practically drooling) and asked if I wanted a drink right away. Super charming! You can't beat good food and good service!

This is not the first time I have had a probl... read more I typically do not leave negative reviews, but the staff at this Taco Bell location are incredibly unprofessional. This is not the first time I have had a problem here, but today was the worst experience yet. I placed a mobile order and was asked to wait in my car while they prepared it, which I was fine with. However, after waiting for 20 minutes, I had to get out of my car to find out they had forgotten about my order. This is completely unacceptable. The drive-thru line was not long and they did not seem busy, yet they were casually chatting and carrying drinks around. They frequently forget items in my order, but today was the last straw. It is no surprise that they work in fast food - their incompetence is glaring.
