On the day of the wedding, Sarah served as the... read more I worked with Kailey as my event coordinator, and she was extraordinarily kind, patient, and attentive to detail. On the day of the wedding, Sarah served as the assistant coordinator and was on top of everything. My bridal assistant was Megan, who truly alleviated any worries or anxieties I had. She took care of all my needs, kept my water filled, steamed my dress and veil, and even communicated with the groomsmen when they arrived later. She felt like my fairy godmother! I could go on and on about everyone at the Madison. No matter who you end up working with (Thomas is also a gem), you will feel so well taken care of. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this place!

He gave advice when we needed it, walked us through step by step, knew how everything was supposed to be that last one may seem odd but at a wedding you 'll have a dozen vendors and one will say oh I 'm gonna do X and Thomas would let us know that won 't work for this reason and I 'll let them know to do Y . Thomas aside, it 's a beautiful venue, the food is delicious, the courtyard is such a great space for a ceremony. Megan, our bridal assistant, was also wonderful, made sure we had food, drinks, whatever we needed. Planning a wedding is very stressful and at least for what they could control, they made it easy. If I had to do it over, I 'd go to the Madison every time.
