I can super-guarantee this location is highly understaffed, because the employees are scrambling, and I still had to wait 30 minutes for my food to bedone. I understand things are hard for the employees, and that why I?m not blaming them, but something tells me management andhigher are the reasons why people are not getting served here. Please hire someone to stay at the registers, and if you?re gonnabe THIS understaffed, close the location until you can get people. Otherwise, the bad reviews are gonna keep coming. Please fixthis location, or shut it down and let a restaurant that treats it?s employees better take it?s place.

If they can't get employees, they need to shut this locationdown. No human being who only has 1 hour for lunch should have to endure this!!!

They gave us bottled water instead of the soft drinks we ordered. The crunch wrap looks stale and it tastes stale. I dint even know if it?ssanitary. It looks like they don?t clean their grills at all. There?s residue all over the Crunchwrap and what seems like dustballs.

The manager and her team members are absolutely disrespectful to customers. This Taco Bell should just be shutdown at this point. Everyone on their night crew needs to be fired even the manager.
