I ordered online so I didn't see how they prepared it. I got there when they were wrapping it. I don't remember before. So I say it was new employee working that prepared my order. I drove home and noticed she forgot to add avocado. I did drive back to get it resolved. They did offer to make a new one but it wasn't nessesary and she offered chips for the inconvenience. That's good customer service
Outstanding customer service and a spotless environment. Liliana (I hope I spelled that correctly; her name tag says Lily) was an exceptional employee, clearly well-trained, as was her colleague. This was my third Subway of the day after disappointing experiences at other locations, and I couldn’t be happier with how things went here. They should definitely send whoever trained them—or even these employees themselves—to other branches to train staff! A small bonus or raise would be well-deserved too.
This is the best Subway I’ve been to so far—super clean, with very friendly staff. David, who made my sandwich, was extremely helpful and crafted it perfectly, not sloppy like at other locations.
I've generally liked dining at Subway, but my recent visit to this location left me quite frustrated. I ordered my meal online, and when I got there, they hadn't even begun to prepare it. To add to the disappointment, they were out of the bread I wanted. Since I had already paid in advance, I had no way to cancel my order or get a refund. Furthermore, they overlooked the extra meat I had requested and forgot to include cheese. I didn't realize these problems until I got home. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this Subway.
I was disappointed with my recent visit to the restaurant. They were out of chicken and steak because they were still thawing. I ordered the turkey California sandwich, but shortly after my friend finished her meal, I was informed that there was no avocado since it had gone bad the day before. The sandwich was quite bland, and the toppings were minimal, except for an abundance of spinach. The chip selection was also limited, with only three options available. From now on, I think I'll stick to the locations on Pierce or McKinley.
