Mr. Taco - Riverside

Use to love this place, but over the years the food quality and customer service has really rejected. During a recent visit we had to ask our server several times only for napkins and water, and when our drink order finally came, it was not what was ordered. As a rule, if at an extremely busy time I would be more understanding, but there were very few other customers at the time.

I wanted to take lunch with my staff. The service was quick and friendly. I have the Carne Asada Burrito and it was good. Had taste and good taste. Your menu has a decent selection. But it's worth it. The parking lot was limited. That night, it's gonna get a lil act I hear. But try.

The mango margarita was excellent. Fish tacos were pretty good.

Over the years it has changed a lot. I order tacos and a drink. While I wait, I will check the menu there and notice that the drinks are $4 in the menu, but the person in the register will load me a dollar more. Not even he asked me what size I wanted, but he accused me of the big drink. When I tell another employee about the mistake, she tells me that these are the new prices, so a big drink costs $5. When I mentioned updating her menu, she simply rolled her eyes like rude and unprofessional. Since I haven't had the drink I told them I didn't want it anymore, I wanted a refund. The employees said I can't? How serious, why not.. Funny that he had no problem keeping the change I should have got, and now he doesn't want to give me a refund.

So yum! And they totally redid it where it's all out door. And there's a full bar. And Bad Bunny was playing all loud. I imagine it would be poppin on a Friday night. We got the quesabirria quesadilla and a large horchata. I also got the mango rim dip for the Modelo at home. They serve chips and salsa at the table. Oh! It's different because they serve you now, waitress style where they seat you with a menu and bring out chips and salsa. So it went from a taco spot to a full blown restaurant and bar that played nice loud music.
