I've noticed quite a few negative reviews, likely from times when they are busy and understaffed, which seems to be the source of most complaints. However, when I visit during quieter times, like around 1:30, I enjoy excellent service. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food is always fresh. I honestly have no negative experiences to report. Overall, they are doing a great job!

Tonight, we waited 20 minutes in the parking lot for our 8-piece extra crispy chicken meal, but no one ever brought it out. We finally had to go inside to collect our order. The manager filled our bucket and apologized, but when we got home, we found only 6 pieces of chicken, and the biscuits were raw in the middle! We paid a lot for this meal, and it's clear they don't care about their customers! I won't be returning!

When I went there at 7:30 PM, they had no chicken sandwiches available, despite half their menu consisting of them. I ended up ordering the #6 combo, which is supposed to include three pieces of chicken, two sides, biscuits, and a drink. To my surprise, I only received two pieces of chicken. They even jokingly asked if I wanted my three cents back!
