It tasted strange, and when I looked dow... read more Just tried the Jack Harlow meal at KFC and found mold in the mac and cheese. I didn’t notice until after taking a bite. It tasted strange, and when I looked down, I saw it was moldy. Definitely avoid the mac and cheese here. I tried calling the restaurant to report it so others wouldn’t get spoiled food, but no one answered the phone.

Although they were out of ice for my drink, the employee informed me about it when I placed the order. The area around the restaurant felt a bit unsafe due to the presence of many homeless people. Aside from that, it was a very enjoyable experience.

We live about 15 minutes away, and unfortunately, this was the closest restaur... read more I ordered a 12-piece meal but only received 8 pieces, and I didn’t get a receipt. We live about 15 minutes away, and unfortunately, this was the closest restaurant to us. So, it took me 15 minutes to get there and place an order for my hungry family, and another 15 minutes to get back home only to find that the order was incomplete. My kids were already hungry, so I had to leave them with what I had and return to the restaurant for either a refund or the missing food. However, they couldn’t look up my order using my credit card information and demanded to see a bank transaction for just 4 pieces of chicken and a side. What happened to good customer service?
