I tried calling KFC, but they didn’t answer. I won’t be ordering from them again.

It tasted strange, and when I looked dow... read more Just tried the Jack Harlow meal at KFC and found mold in the mac and cheese. I didn’t notice until after taking a bite. It tasted strange, and when I looked down, I saw it was moldy. Definitely avoid the mac and cheese here. I tried calling the restaurant to report it so others wouldn’t get spoiled food, but no one answered the phone.

We live about 15 minutes away, and unfortunately, this was the closest restaur... read more I ordered a 12-piece meal but only received 8 pieces, and I didn’t get a receipt. We live about 15 minutes away, and unfortunately, this was the closest restaurant to us. So, it took me 15 minutes to get there and place an order for my hungry family, and another 15 minutes to get back home only to find that the order was incomplete. My kids were already hungry, so I had to leave them with what I had and return to the restaurant for either a refund or the missing food. However, they couldn’t look up my order using my credit card information and demanded to see a bank transaction for just 4 pieces of chicken and a side. What happened to good customer service?

When I got to the window, I was informed that they only had 3 biscuits and were offering... read more I ordered a 16-piece dinner, but there were only enough pieces for 12. When I got to the window, I was informed that they only had 3 biscuits and were offering a substitute for the other 3. However, when I got home, I realized they didn't include any biscuits at all. I won't be returning to this restaurant. The food was just okay.
