Kfc - Riverside

The food at this KFC is absolutely delicious. Granted it is a little pricey, so I can only afford to eat here about once a month. The taste, customer service and portion size more then makes up for the cost. I am just poor....you can not have a steak tastebuds on a ground beef budget. Enough said.... a must try if your around the area and craving a very good chicken dinner.

Great service the other night bought my family dinner. They don't have in store ordering. But, the drive thru wasn't to bad a experience. Sometimes you get outages one time no honey another no extra crispy. One time they shorted me a gravy. All these I can forgive by the service I received on my last visit. Can't wait till all the construction is completed at Arlington and Van Buren location. My gratitude to Stater Bros for the upgrade. Looking forward to shopping and dining at new center. KFC has amazing tasting chicken they also have a billion calories!! So I only eat there once in a long while I went there with a friend the other day and nothing has changed there chicken and everything they serve there is still Excellent!!!

Friendly employees, quality food and employees got my drive-thru order correct. They were out of ice for the drink but the employee told me that when I placed the order. The surrounding area is a little bit shady with all the homeless people around. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience.

Ordered a 12pc meal and only received an 8 piece and never got a receipt. We live 15 min away and unfortunately this was the closest one to me. 15min to get there and place an order for a hungry family, 15min back home to find out the food was short.kids were hungry so i left them the food and 15min back to get a refund or the rest of the food and they can't look up thereceipt based off my CC i used and want to see my bank transaction for 4 pcs of chicken and a side. WTH? What happened tocustomer service?
