Used to be 5 star but the guy who started I'm August doesn't understand the stamp card at all. Please train new hires!
I always enjoy dining at this Flame Broiler; the food is fantastic. However, today I had to ask the employee to wear gloves. I shouldn't have to make that request, especially given the concerns around COVID. They really should be aware of this.
Meat was overcooked and rice was basically mush. Nasty. Took 3 bites and threw it away. Ill only visit my usual locations
I frequently visit Flame Broiler because the food is fantastic. However, today I had to request that the staff member wear gloves while preparing my food. I don’t believe I should have to ask; they should be aware of the importance of this, especially with all the concerns surrounding Covid.
Maria and her daughter are incredibly friendly and quick. I always enjoy visiting this place!
