I live right near the Tyler Mall but choose t... read more I visit this restaurant for lunch every other day and typically order a chicken bowl with white rice and broccoli. I live right near the Tyler Mall but choose this location because I've never had issues with my orders before. However, when I went there today, I got home to find that my bowl only contained white rice and broccoli—no chicken. I paid $8 for that, and after realizing the mistake, I had to drive all the way back and ended up spending an additional $6.75 for a side of chicken. This brought my total to $15, even though the original chicken bowl is only $10.99. They refused to refund me and insisted on just giving me the chicken as a side, expecting me to pay for it to resolve the issue. The girl told me she simply didn’t hear me request the protein. I've just lost a loyal customer.

The customer service here is exceptional! The young lady at the front who works every day is incredibly kind and really polite.
