It looks as though they may have converted a bank into a donut shop. I like the place it's convenient and it has a comfortable atmosphere for hanging out with a friend.

At the drive-thru, I handed the cashier my payment along with a dollar tip, c... read more Recently, I visited the Dunkin' Donuts in Delran for coffee and some bacon snacks. At the drive-thru, I handed the cashier my payment along with a dollar tip, clearly asking him to keep the change and add the dollar to the tip cup. Despite repeating this several times, he put the change in the tip cup but placed the dollar in the cash drawer, which left me confused. While the person taking my order was excellent, the service at the window was disappointing. Good customer service is crucial for any business and heavily influences my overall experience.
