I really wanted to like this place, but it's not all that. The churros were dry and not fresh. : I will prob find another place to go.. Ice cream was good.I ordered the churro sundae.

Some other businesses make you feel like a burden when you walk in before they close. I hate that. Churros-N-Cream closing crew did not put off that vibe. Its nice to know that when you choose a particular business over another, when looking for food specific items. Thank you! I will most definitely be back for more! Epic churros! Woooo!.

They didnt even... read more This place used to be awesome and lately it has changed. I ordered 2 horchata frappes and they gave me a cup with ice cream and lots of caramel. They didnt even use the blender. This was not a frappe. We also ordered a side of mini churros and was told our extra churro for each frappe was inside the bag. The order of mini churros is a total of 5. And the bag only had 5 when it should of had 7. After reviewing the receipt, we noticed we did not get the Half off promo on the frappe and we were charged an extra .50 for no reason. Attached is the receipt.

The problem is you can feel that there is a lack of direction and care by the higher ups in this establishment. The prices are too high, the serving sizes too small, and the service is slow with employees that clearly have very little training in customer service. It's sad to see this level of potential be squandered away by apathy and a lack of attention from the ones in charge.
