Stopped by the new shop located in the Brockton Arcade. The space is amazing, awesome hard work put into this spot, love the vibe. Got an amazing haircut from Jake, as always. Didn't expect to pick up a few items, but I was able to restock up on the Beard Oil, Beard Balm, now they're must haves. Kara was very nice and knowledgeable on her products going in. Love the spot, thank you for helping me out yesterday gettin... View all feedback.
What Mr Nemesis doesn't like about Burnout Vintage:
The place looks nice but the vibe with front customer service was disappointing I felt I had to buy her flowers to brighten up her day . Asking questions about items was not knowledgeable or interesting in helping me out , never again. View all feedback.
Fun items but very expensive. I get they are rare and special items but maybe have a range of priced items? Will not be back.
So confused with todays customer service. Front door sign said open at 10 went to walk in at 12. Someone was at front desk and door was locked. They walked to the back as we waited outside for another 15 min. She then walked up front and waved us off. The least you can do as an employee or owner of a company is come to the front of the door and let your customer know your closed when your sign says open . Weird concept on not wanting people to shop at your location.
Coming from Vegas and this thrift store definitely passed the vibe check! They got a nice variety of picked vintage clothing and they're labeled in sections so it's easy to find hidden gems. Really nice fitting rooms as well.
Clothing is pricey and of poor quality and owner displayed rudeness, the store has potential if the owner wasn't so unfriendly
In the midst of all of this, I decided to place a second order for the shirt, hoping it would arrive in time for a concert. However, after experiencing continued poor customer service, I reached out to request a cancellation of my second order. The owner informed me that they do not cancel orders, even though the item has yet to show any tracking updates and was marked as shipped five days ago. I can't shake the feeling that the owner is reacting negatively because of the situation with my first order. I'm currently out $50 from my first order, with no product and no refund or exchange being processed, despite USPS confirming the item was delivered. As for my second order, I’m not holding my breath. This has been the absolute worst customer service experience of my life.
