I was the only person in the establishment and it still took them 15 minutes to prepare my food only for me to get old chicken doused with barbecue sauce and the other is supposed to be lemon pepper, but it was more like oil and fried chicken, I've never had any food. This bad at a Wingstop before this food is absolutely gross. If I didn't drive off, I would've went in and got a full refund, but I will be complaining to corporate. The person that was preparing the food didn't even have a hairnet on, and she kept putting her hair behind her ear, so yeah, save your money go to a completely different Wing Stop don't come here. The place was Smokey inside and not that clean and that's my fault for continuing to order but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but I will never come back here again. Soda machine was all dirty. The people who were getting drinks and taking the paper off the straws left all on top of the counter. It was just not kept at all and it was more than one employee working there so I don't understand how the place can be that dirty and how the food can be this bad

She... read more When I arrived, I paid and spoke with what I believe was the manager, whose name was Virginia, according to my receipt. She had a pixie cut with highlights. She informed me that they didn’t have mango habanero, which was fine, so I chose another flavor. After I received my drinks, she came back to tell me they also didn't have spicy Korean—both flavors were part of my original order. It's clear that the staff either lacks proper training or is simply distracted, as they don’t communicate the unavailability of flavors effectively. When I asked Virginia for a refund, she was very rude. She didn't apologize for the lack of available flavors and seemed more annoyed that I requested a refund. I do not recommend this place at all.
