When I arrived, I paid and spoke with what I believe was the manager, whose name was Virginia, according to my receipt. She had a pixie cut with highlights. She informed me that they didn’t have mango habanero, which was fine, so I chose another flavor. After I received my drinks, she came back to tell me they also didn't have spicy Korean—both flavors were part of my original order. It's clear that the staff either lacks proper training or is simply distracted, as they don’t communicate the unavailability of flavors effectively. When I asked Virginia for a refund, she was very rude. She didn't apologize for the lack of available flavors and seemed more annoyed that I requested a refund. I do not recommend this place at all.
This Wingstop location is quite unsatisfactory; I found a cockroach inside the restaurant. Additionally, the staff was rude, and the tables were dirty with trash scattered around that hadn't been cleaned up.
I had an excellent experience with customer service, both over the phone and in person, thanks to Julianna! I realized that I hadn't received half of my order, so I called and Julianna was incredibly helpful. She was very polite and resolved my issue promptly. When we walked in to pick up our missing items, her positive energy was infectious! We need more people like her in the service industry. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable!
