Disappointed in this place and quite shocked to say the least. Me and my kids used to go for the acia bowels and if we ordered anything else in the food lab this was our go to spot for there already made fruit waters usually I would got passion fruit. I asked the lady for no ice and she said I would have to pay for NO ICE. I thought I didn't hear her right or she was joking. so I asked again because I've never heard that before but she wasn't joking. I payed for what me and my kids ordered that day but I didn't return.

I visited this restaurant during my 30-minute lunch break and it took over 10 minutes for my bowl to be prepared. Additionally, the staff did not use gloves when handling ingredients, such as placing bananas in my bowl. The service was terrible!

Please make sure that if someone orders multiple of the same drink, they are made separately. It is obvious that the drinks were all blended together because they had no flavor, just a blend of ice. This has happened multiple times and it is disappointing because we really enjoy this place. It is not worth it. There is also a sign stating that no remakes are allowed, so we would rather not waste our money.

They contacted me to follow up and offered a refund or another chance to try their food. They promptly issued me a refund. Their customer service and attention to detail is excellent. However, I was very disappointed with my smoothie as it was mostly watered down with only a hint of ginger. I couldn't taste any of the advertised pineapple or spinach. I even paid extra for ice. I have attached pictures to illustrate my disappointment with the quality of my purchase.
