I got the taro milk tea with boba and the sorbet bowl with açaí, mango, and strawberry, and they were sooo refreshing! I think the boba pearls are held in honey or some honey flavored syrup instead of brown sugar, but they gave the drink a really tasty undertone. I also like the amount of choices you have for the toppings on the sorbet bowl. All in all, really good, a lot better than I was expecting for a food court type location will definitely be coming back!

Decent prices and good sorbet bowls, smoothies and milk teas BUT the service is extremely slow. I come here JUST BECAUSE it's close to home. Even when they have two workers there it seems like its just as slow as when they normally have one. Expect to wait 20-30min just for one drink even if there's not a lot of customers. Also seems like a lot of items tend to be out so I don't know if the workers just aren't prepared regularly causing the service to be slow or what. If you don't mind waiting, would recommend but if you're in a hurry I suggest elsewhere.

Disappointed in this place and quite shocked to say the least. Me and my kids used to go for the acia bowels and if we ordered anything else in the food lab this was our go to spot for there already made fruit waters usually I would got passion fruit. I asked the lady for no ice and she said I would have to pay for NO ICE. I thought I didn't hear her right or she was joking. so I asked again because I've never heard that before but she wasn't joking. I payed for what me and my kids ordered that day but I didn't return.

I visited this restaurant during my 30-minute lunch break and it took over 10 minutes for my bowl to be prepared. Additionally, the staff did not use gloves when handling ingredients, such as placing bananas in my bowl. The service was terrible!

Smoothie or shake, what do you call it? I ordered an acai smoothie with strawberries and bananas. What I liked was that I could add whatever base I wanted, with choices such as orange juice, almond milk, and more. They also ask how sweet you want it, and because it's already sweet from the fruits I opted to not have additional sweeteners. It was really good. Give it a shot
