Went late at 11pm. Waited in drive through and no one answered. Everyone drove up to the window and waited at least 10 minutes each before driving off. When getting up to the window the man said wait one moment and never took my order. Workers were messing around and kept looking at me as I waited for them to open the fort and take my order. After 15 minutes I drove off like everyone else.
I visited this restaurant on a Sunday. They seemed understaffed, but the food was good and ready for pickup on time. Despite a slight delay in getting drinks, the service was standard for Taco Bell. The cashier worked hard to clean the dining area and assist all customers, including those using the self-service kiosk. The staff was clearly working hard at this location.
The dining experience at this restaurant is perfect for a quick meal before saying goodbye. The prices are quite reasonable and the service is efficient and fast. However, the customer service can be inconsistent, with interactions lasting only about 2 minutes and varying between pleasant and not so pleasant. Despite this, I understand that we all have our bad days and I am always polite to the staff, as it is just a brief interaction. Overall, the atmosphere is welcoming and I enjoy dining here.
