I ordered a smoothie bowl and specifically confirmed with the employee that all the ingredients were plant-based and gluten-free. She prepared a bowl for my husband and me, both of which had granola—despite us confirming earlier that the granola was not gluten-free. I recently bought a green bowl and it was an amazing experience!!! Excellent service! Exceptional food! Serene atmosphere! Healthy does taste good! 10/10 recommend

She prepared a bowl for my husband and me, both of which had granola—despite us confirming earlier that the granola was not gluten-free. When I asked about it, she raised her voice at me and then scraped off the granola. I explained that it was due to an allergy, and in response, she angrily threw the entire bowl into the garbage in front of me while yelling. I walked away and told her not to remake it. I don’t want someone who can’t follow allergy instructions and reacts so unprofessionally preparing my food.
Staff was knowledgeable. Recommend the Acai Power Smoothie!!!
Honestly one of the best smoothies I have ever had!! I got the strawberry banana and then added some peanut butter. It was so creamy and not too sweet. They use all natural ingredients which is super important to me!! Will be back!
Unbelievable service and friendliness. The guy absolutely kills it no other way to say it. Best smoothies and smoothie bowls on LI and it isnt close!! In a food court too youd never know it. Unbelievable establishment EDIT: They do lack in one area and that’s nutrition facts. You literally have no idea what you’re drinking or how many calories it has. McDonalds in the same food court is easier to track as far as macros which should not be the case given the way the respective companies are marketed.
