The Caffè Grande in Rivergaro is always a guarantee. The menu is very well-curated and the offerings are always top-notch, both traditional and slightly more diverse. The wine list is excellent. The interior is also very well-maintained and perfectly reflects the restaurant's identity. The quality/price ratio is excellent.

We had dinner with some local friends. We're from Friuli. What can I say? I've rarely been so satisfied with everything. A special thanks to the chef, the owner, and all the staff. As a restaurateur, I offer you my most sincere compliments. We had a wonderful time, and everything was divine.

First time dining at this restaurant, an experience I'd repeat and highly recommend! The restaurant is well-kept and clean, blending modernity and history with delicacy and elegance. The service and cuisine were excellent; the owner understood that we wanted to sample all the traditional dishes, so he served us a shared appetizer and then, without even asking, brought us the first courses one at a time, allowing us to sample all the dishes we'd ordered hot. An unexpected but very welcome treat. The quality was truly top-notch: traditionally closed, thin-crust tortelli bursting with flavor; delicious pisarei and fasó; unforgettable, soft ricotta and pumpkin gnocchi with perfectly balanced yet distinct flavors; and the aniolini in brodo (small pasta balls) that took us straight to grandma's kitchen in front of the wood-burning stove on a winter's day... The desserts were the icing on the cake, with a special mention for the caramelized white chocolate ganache. The local wine on offer was excellent and perfectly complemented the dishes. If today was a stopover on a day trip, it will definitely be halfway there in the future. Well done, well done

Always a guarantee of quality and service. The menu is rooted in Piacenza's traditions, but you can also indulge in dishes that are a little different, yet still offer excellent balance and flavor. The traditional anolini in brodo are the best! Excellent wine list, both local and regional. The dessert is a surprise: Pears with salted caramel and rosemary, almond financiera, and vanilla ice cream.
