The screen on the toaster was broke so they over toasted my sandwich to the point the bread snapped in half and my sandwiche fell apart. The screen on the toaster was broke so they over toasted my sandwich to the point the bread snapped in half and my sandwiche fell apart. As the lady was waiting for one to come out of the toaster she pulls out her phone and started texting with the same gloves. I had to ask her to change them before touching our food any further. The soda area was mess and very sticky all but three sodas were empty. The other kids hair was so long he didn't have a hat or anything holding it back from falling in the food.
Got 2 toasted sandwiches. Watched them put it in the toaster but when we received them they were ice cold. Obviously their toaster isn't working but the employees still handed us the sandwiches. We didn't realize they were ice cold till we took them out of the bag to eat them about 4 mins later. There is no way the employees couldn't feel how cold they were still. They also have the make line blocked so you can't see them put the meat and cheese on.
Ordered 2 hot Sandwiches and a pretzel. Meat wasn't even warmed up. It was still as cold as if it had just come from the fridge. Not sure why because the Sandwiches were in the toasted way longer than they normally go in for. This isn't food that was heated then got cold. This is food that was never warmed up in the first place. Thank goodness there's a few other Subways around because I definitely won't return to this one.
To slow the workers were too stoned to wrap the sandwiches properly and didn't even do the extras I asked for
I ordered three sandwiches for pick up and when my husband arrived to pick them up, the staff informed him that they had no marinara for the meatball sandwich. That was fine and they refunded him for the sandwich. The issue was that when he got home and I opened the sandwiches, both of them were completely wrong. They were out of the type of chicken I ordered and instead of calling to let me know, they just threw a different kind on. Both sandwiches had the wrong meat, wrong cheese, were not toasted as ordered and one of them was missing the guacamole and the sauce that comes on the mexicali. They were completely different sandwiches than what i ordered and wanted. They issued a full refund, which I appreciated, but they should have just notified me rather than making the sandwiches completely incorrect.
