Olive Garden - Riverdale

We were seated quickly and found the tables to be clean. Our server was attentive and did a fantastic job. However, the never-ending salad, soup, and breadsticks were only brought to us once, but they were delicious. The strawberry and peach bellinis tasted like Prosecco mixed with syrup; I expected actual fruit like in sangria, but they were still enjoyable. The highlight of the meal was definitely the pumpkin cheesecake, and the small lemon tarts were also a nice touch. The mints at the end are just the icing on the cake for Olive Garden, lol!

The Riverdale location does not accept reservations, except for times at 11 or 11:30. I'm planning a big birthday party for my 40th, with 16 guests, but they cannot accommodate that many people.

I dined at Olive Garden on Saturday for lunch, and it was a pretty typical experience. The service was excellent—our waitress was wonderful! The food was enjoyable. I do wish the chicken gnocchi soup had a bit more gnocchi in it, but the minestrone soup was really tasty. They also had a salad with minimal ingredients, perfect for a picky eater in our group. Overall, it was a good experience.
