Didn't have to ask for a thing as far as condiments and utensils it was already in the bag.

I've tried to still... read more I've come to the conclusion of knowing I won't be truly satisfied at KFC anymore. Grew up on the chicken, but the quality/taste had changed. I've tried to still come on/off with hopes it will be great again... but no. Best thing is the coleslaw. Customerservice is okay to good depends on whose at the window.

The chick... read more I haven 't been to a Kentucky Fried Chicken store in years. I got a taste for some Finger Licking Good Golden KFC chicken, but man was I DISAPPOINTED. The chicken was dark grease and tasted 2 or 3 days old. I remember when they thru out chicken that wasunsold at the end of the day.

The cashier seemed disinterested, possibly distracted by an AirPod, spoke in a barely audible tone, and was incredibly slow. I've been waiting far too long, and I've seen other customers leaving while those still waiting grow frustrated and cancel their orders. This is not in line with the KFC standard. If someone doesn’t want to work, they shouldn’t be there! I placed my order at 10:22 and didn’t get my food until 10:49, and then the cashier just walked away.
