Domino's Pizza - Riverdale

They were 3 hours late on a paid meal they canceled the order without notifying us and their solution was it's our fault that we pay for our meal and they never delivered it when asked to find a solution their solution was to go online reorder and pay again when they never gave us a refund from the first one and they canceled for no reason they were out of the dessert so because they were out of dessert they were 3 hours late they canceled the order we're just a family worked all day we're hungry they could have at least done something to make this right and they did nothing they said blame us and were the customer that's already paid for something they never brought this is unacceptable on every level.

I placed a delivery order online and the young girl at the store called me and said they don’t have what I want so they would change it out. She called me back 20 minutes later and said she cancelled my order I was pissed. The manager called and said he would send me and my kids out some food my order was never cancelled. I never got my food and he text me asking me my order so I text it to him. Here it is 2:00 in the morning no food and still no money put back. I need the corporate office number

I just saw a female employee with glasses on. Both managers were on site watching her as she puffs on a vape in the store and no one said anything. So unprofessional and disrespectful around the food in front of customers. Also, a manager continually texts while contact with preparing the customers food. Germs everywhere now and not sanitary at all.

Place the order for three pizzas on the phone they said it would be 13 to 20 minutes waited 30ish went in there and the guy still hadn't started making my pizza yet. Don't go here.

Terrible. The customer service sucks! I ordered online and followed the tracker. When I got there my food still wasn’t ready even tho the tracker said it was. So I waited forever only to get my pizza and it was made wrong. I went back and showed them. Didn’t get a “my bad” “sorry” or anything. They just re-made it which also took forever so now the rest of my food is cold. Smh. Will never come to this location again.
