I was told by another worker my order w... read more Saturday I was refused service because I walk in and ordered a 50 piece family meal at 945pm and they close at midnight. I was told by another worker my order would be a hour wait I said no problem but then Jose said that o could only order online that they are no longer taking walk up orders. The person that ordered before me also walked up and ordered because he had been trying to order online and it wasn’t working but he let him order right before me. I went to El pollo loco and had a 16 piece family meal and waited 5 minutes in and out!
