Perko's Cafe - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Perko's Cafe:
We are a family of 9, we went to have lunch at the Perkos Cafe in Riverbank. The service was friendly, clean tables and utensils. Our food took quite a while and the appetizers arrived when our meals came. Everything looked good until the pungent smell went across the table and my daughter got her nachos that were plain with chili beans and cheese.
