Always understaffed and the boss seems like he doesn’t want to be there ever he just walks around telling everyone what to do even while they are already doing the task needed all employees are very respectful but the main boss just has a disgusting attitude just needs to be fired or quit pitiful!!!!!!! This Jamba Juice location is a plus for its drive thru but compared to all the locations in Modesto, it's by far the slowest one yet. Expect to wait 20-30 mins in the drive thru just for your drink to be halfway melted or completely watery.
The teenagers in here running customer service are slow . Had a door dash order at 10 didn't leave till 1040 .
I waited an astonishing 30 minutes in the drive-thru, and this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced such a long wait. This is by far the slowest Jamba Juice location. I would not recommend going here!
SLOWEST SERVICE EVER! 6 cars in line and it took 32 minutes. After all the reviews about this problem for years now I cant believe nothing has been done. Employees are friendly but the drive-through is horrible!
