He frequently walks around, directing employees even when they are already busy with their tasks. Although the staff members are polite and respectful, the manager's negative demeanor can be quite off-putting. It's truly disheartening, and it would be better if he either resigned or was let go.

I wasn't even given a spoon for my bowl, which had nearly melted by the time I got it. To top it off, the blueberries still had stems on them.

The unpleasant smell in the restaurant is overwhelming, reminiscent of vomit, and the atmosphere is hot and humid. The staff can be very rude and unapproachable.

They must have closed their ?in-person? lobby orders because of the HUGE drive-thru line they had? Trying to catch up? Not sure, but disappointed that I couldn?t notorder at the lobby. It had to be an online order or drive-thru.

Thank you for the great and very quick customer service not to mention the awesome Piña Colada.
