The setting remains magnificent but the atmosphere is peaceful in the middle of the mountain pastures. The boss explains his ultra-local approach to us, tells us about his products and his suppliers... The menu is deliberately reduced but the dishes are unexpected and delicious. Not to be missed if you like hiking and eating well!

Very well for a break to taste, gauffers or artisanal ice creams, or for the evening meal
