My preferred way is in „Bierteig“... read more We were lucky to get fresh pike from the lake of Zug a fish that has become rather scarce. We could have any way we wanted it. My preferred way is in „Bierteig“ (beer batter) it tasted just great. It was a delightful summer afternoon under the sycamore and lime tree in the wonderful garden with a unique view towards the lake of Zug. Of course, you don’t get all this for free, the prices are definitely on the high side and even if you stay modest with the wine, you will hardly leave the place with a bill under CHF 100 per person. It did not bother us on that sunny day as we were pleased with everything including the friendlyness of the personnel and the good attention we received.
