Lovely food, the... read more Ate here when we stayed in Riquewihr. I had flammekuchen and Chris had a rosti, also had a local beer each and a glass of gerwurztraminer each. Lovely food, the rosti was huge and could probably feed 2 people! Would recommend it for lunch or dinner.

We spli... read more Unfortunately, we could only stay a brief time in this region. We were looking for a cozy spot with great ambiance and food and this did not disappoint. We split an appetizer salad with froie gras, gravlax, and smoked duck. So many little surprises among the lettuces, different dips nestled among the parts of the salad. I had the duck as an entree w/carrots, parsnips, spaetzle; our friends feasted on a beef tenderloin w/ perfect potato slices and the other a terrine of beef, lamb and pork (I think). This was the perfect end to a wonderful day.
