A sustainable star restaurant. Everything was excellent on this wonderful evening. The dishes were of excellent quality and tasteful excellent (snails and blue lobsters were sensational). All 9 courses were tastefully great. The recommended wine was impeccable. The service was always present without being intrusive, very friendly and accommodating. We had a very nice evening. So... star Michelin....I'll say that I came out with a mixed opinion.... in half shade....for an invoice rising to more euros the requirement is necessarily to put for the people of the middle class....the accuracy and the harmony of the dishes have not been to date unfortunately.... special ion for the service...pro, discreet, simple and as one wishes in this kind of establishment. cooking of the lobster, under cook... A superb experience of taste, discoveries throughout the meal, a search for the best quality possible on the vegetables and fruits of the garden. I can only recommend. service nothing to say and the place a little atypical but very charming.
Service and framework are of good quality. However, compared to other restaurants with a canvas in the alsace center, I found that prices were a little higher in the view of the proposed menu (Day 55)

Friendly welcome attentive in a beautiful room not very noisy even full. The house mistress is smiling and coming. it accurately presents the approach of the leader. a discreet and effective sommelier, a wine map organized with intelligence and originality. a careful team with a real care and detail: example hot towel with rosemary on arrival and choice of knives, a beautiful initiative. the idea of eating vegetables throughout a meal seems simple yet the work around the ingredients is perfect, the flavors are sublimated and totally preserved. the assembly of all the elements of the dishes together forms an additional dish. this perfectly successful work, shows both the originality of the chef, his mastery, his ability to manage all flavors with true gustative intelligence. This meal led us to discover, to assemble together without any doubt about it or wanted to take the chef to us. At the end of this meal, we traveled through the gustative universe of a chef and a team who knew for three hours to bring us real gastronomic happiness. Thank you.
Correct meal but prices of the menus too high. there are restaurants of the same cheaper and excellent range as well.
