What User doesn't like about La Fringale:
Serves a traditional local cuisine, which is rather heavy (think potato in cheese sauce). The portions are large enough, but the option for children was quite disappointing. For 11 euros, they served two disturbing pink hot dog sausages, fries that were not fresh and an ice cream that was essentially a popsicle. It's because the restaurant has real ice cream. Nice small restaurant in the back of the main street (loin from the group of other tourists). Wonderfully soft and the best torch pie we've had for a long time! I ordered mine without meat and the chief went a little further so that I don't content myself with a white torch pie and that I put in place various tomatoes on mine. I was more than happy! The wine was also amazing and for 85 euros for 3 people, there is enough room to give your host a good tip We will return if we return to Riquewihr. Thank you! Cute little restaurant off the main street (away from the cluster of the other tourists). Wonderfully sweet host and the best tarte flambées we've had in a long time! I ordered mine without meat and the chef went a little above and beyond so I wouldn't just get a white tarte flambée and put some sundries tomatoes on mine instead. I was more than pleased! Wine was amazing as well and for 85 euros for 3 people there's enough room to tip your host well We'll be back if we return to Riquewihr. Thank you!
