Our dinner was satisfying and the service was excellent (nothing to tell about this) even though I have two main comments to formulate here as this is not appropriate for this kind of restaurant: the wine list and the check are shown on old digital tablets I do not care if they are old and not ipads however the wine list was extremely unpractical to go through...I still do not get the added value of the tablet in this context most importantly even though we are talking about a detail. They offered us that night a glass of cava and a hors d 'oeuvre free of charge before we started the dinner. Which is classy of course. However they bring each person a piece of bread at the beginning which is charged on the check if you ate it. I know it is customary in some countries but not in Spain. I hardly remembered that the bread was not free when I read the menu but in that case the waiter/waitress should ask you if you want some bread and not put you by default on the table, which in that case would mislead you to believe it is free. Small detail again but still for a Michelin restaurant (and therefore the associated price) this should not happen. Other than this the food was excellent except the desserts a bit expensive for what they are.

It's a bit... read more This is simply the best restaurant in Ripoll and I would consider another holiday in this city just to get the chance to visit this restaurant again! It's a bit more expensive than the restaurants in the centre of town, but it is so worth paying that bit extra because the quality of the food is exceptional. One of my best ever dining experiences. Just wish I hadn't left it until the final night so that I could have gone back a second time,

Fully booked, overloaded of work as the traffic jam took all the people at the same time. We were 10, 6 adults and 4 children. Ordering a lot different things. I had a crema de ceps to start. Unbelievable. A great mix of fungus cream and shrimps. After I had scallops, good. But after I tasted the cocido con garbanzos that my nother ordered and... I see God. This was simply perfect. Nothing could be improved. A perfect balance of taste and flavour. I also tasted the white astesanal beer and it was amazing. One small negative note: i don 't like to be charged for the bread. Is not fair and polite.

Inside the restaurant there is a go... read more This was our second mid week lunch visit where we too the Euros 23 set menu of 3 courses all of which were excellent. Mmmmm. Inside the restaurant there is a good ambience, efficient service, and no music as on both occasions there were sufficient customers not to need any music.
