Taco Bell - Ripley

The service here is very good. However, every time I visit, they are either out of certain dishes or it takes a long time to get my order. Today, when I woke up at 5:00 in the afternoon, they had already closed the kitchen after accepting my order. It was a terrible experience.

This place is absolutely terrible. After six attempts to place an order, we had to call the manager. Even after explaining the order to him multiple times, he still got it wrong. It was a complete mess.

If I could rate this restaurant with negative 5 stars, I would. I visited about 2 months ago and parked by the speaker. After waiting for about ten minutes, I entered and found the staff confused about missing money from the cash register. They seemed to ignore everything and everyone. I stood there for another ten minutes, along with another customer, and we were both ignored. The service was not just terrible, but a complete nightmare. This place desperately needs new management and should consider firing 90 percent of their employees.

I wish I could give a star. the journey by worker said “willing to taco Bell” but when I began to order taco bell, they said that they do not serve taco bell only kfc. eating takes 30 minutes to get out and if it is not exact and eating old tastes. I've fallen into the inner room in regular hours and they told me that I should go because the manager has to spray the employees in the es pane. the total service is terrible. I've seen a coworker trying to fight someone out there and be stopped by managers. really sad for a restaurant chain that is loved by many people.

Though they are short staffed, they don’t let that stop them. Whoever was there today (01/10/22) y’all are amazing and I appreciate you so much for the good vibes and great service!!
