Si... read more I drove in from Chicago yesterday and decided to pick up some chicken on my way home. I tried calling 17 times over 40 minutes, but the line was always busy. Since we ordered all dark meat, I wanted to give them extra time to prepare. We thought it was busy because the Covington store was closed. However, when we arrived, the parking lot was empty and the store was deserted. I called again from inside; it rang once before going busy again. I suspected they might have forwarded their calls to avoid answering. When we finally got home, we discovered our order, which was supposed to be all dark meat, included breast meat too. Sadly, we ended up with $50 worth of mixed chicken. Come on, KFC, you can do better than this!

The staff appeared disengaged, served us poorly prepared drinks, and told us to wait in the car for our food. After 30 minutes with no sign of our order, I went inside, and they just laughed, admitting they had completely forgotten about us.
