I ate with Entremares, with a local friend who just wanted to die to eat the CAZUELA DE MARISCO. It was rich and full of taste. I ate a Ceviche de Camarones, and a house made Fish Filet. Both, where only perfect taste, Aji and perfect temperature. The staff were very helpful and they had a small coconut desert with the bill that was from this world. View all feedback.
We drove from this restaurant several times and yesterday needed a place to eat and decided to dive. The restaurant is open and beautifully decorated with a fireplace in the back and water falls with goldfish below. There is a covered area outside as well as outdoor tables under umbrellas. We sat right away and welcomed a waitress. We order a soda water (3000 COP) and lemon juice and coconut (8000 COP) . Then we ordered the trout with shrimps for 28,000 COP and a Peru Ceviche for 22,000 COP. The drinks came out after they were ordered and were good. The Ceviche was white fish with avocado slices, but no corn, so I don't know why they called it Peruvian. The trout with shrimp was nothing special and hardly warm. The shrimps were very small as the trout fillet. The tostone or fried plantain was shrunk and original in design, but cold. It came with a small salad and the bottom of the salad was wet with water drop. All in all, the restaurant is nice and airy in design and the service was good, but the food was medium best.

Entre Mares, Vía al El Retiro, Llanogrande (Rionegro), COLOMBIA After a first disappointing visit, we decided to give another chance to the Entre Mares Restaurant, which is located diagonally across the street of Complex Carulla before the roundabout to JMC International Airport. We had noticed, in contrast to many places nearby that are awakened in most lunch hours (except weekends and holidays), Entre Mares enjoy many guests, judge by the cars parked outside and currently works on expanding its side terrace. We previously reported that the interior shows an enormous improvement over the unsuccessful Argentinian steak restaurant, which preceded it at this point. Still rustic, the place is lined with extensive windows overlooking the outside, a huge detached roof and periphery with beautifully cultivated pot plants. A bar was furnished at the front entrance and wonderful massive shaded chandeliers illuminate the slanted ceiling and the interior. The best things I can say about today's visit are the fresh juices (we had mango and mandarin) that were sweet and rich. I regret that everything else was not acceptable. I ordered shrimp ceviche, a popular bracket throughout the country. What was served were coarsely overcooked shrimps, tasty like tasteless rubber bears, served in a salsa plum which was roughly overpowered with vinegar and accompanied by soda crackers and two small slices of avocado. My partner had the Parmesan Crusted Sea Bass (an additional favorite on virtually any local food menu in Colombia). It was dry, overcooked and tasteless, accompanied by a perfunctory salad (which was small like a garnish, but acceptable), typical coconut rice (also good) and two pataks (fried green plantains), which were hard, dry and unusable. Our conclusion is never to go back. We have also closed, despite the recent price increase (and uncertain practice listing menu prices before applying VAT, fool you to think dishes were cheaper) the best Parmesan Sea Bass in the area is near Mundo’s where the ambience, service, diversity and food quality is far superior and actually worth the additional costs.
