In this hotel there is something that unfortunately in the great majority of other places has long gone. hospitality! hospitality not to be confused with that p... read more In this hotel there is something that unfortunately in the great majority of other places has long gone. hospitality! hospitality not to be confused with that practiced by big chains or even small companies that after studying models and processes written who knows where, they spread on sites and posters. here hospitality is made of love towards your work, towards the structure and towards the customer who from arrival to departure will never feel customer but welcome guest. the structure is cared for with love, everything is in order and care for details is maximum. the bottles of the bar for example are divided by color, an almost insignificant detail but confirming how much love there is behind. the large room is simply furnished with a large fireplace always lit to make the atmosphere even more unique. seems stupid but in every place where I go I look at whether the bulbs of a room or a hallway are all of the same color and or this parameter as an indicator of how things are done with love and here this confirms. I found star hotels with scroasted walls and long corridors illuminated with leopard stain, here each corridor is kept to perfection, the smell is pleasant and relaxing lighting and at the same time more than enough. the people who work useless to tell you, are always ready to help you giving you precise and concrete answers also in front of unusual questions we forgot the costume for the spa and we managed to find two in January, in the mountains, thanks to the advice of francesco I close the review saying that this place made me feel at home, I made dozens of cruises and every week trip for work but here I felt really good, appreciated as a welcome and untreated guest

The food is good and the menu consi... read more This is a good restaurant on the road between Abetone and Monte Cimone skiing resorts. Really quaint with a nice decoration. The food is good and the menu consist on some first and second courses including a free choice of vegetables in the self service. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, good and familiar service from the waiters. Do not hesitate to plan your trip and add a stop on the road.
